Sev namkeen-1/2cup
Roasted peanut-1/2 cup
Chopped green chilli-2
Red chilli powder-1/4 tablespoon
Black salt -according to taste
Chopped onion -1
Chat masala-1/2
Sweet tamarind chutney-2 tablespoon
Chopped ginger-2 tablespoon
Chopped coriander-2 tablespoon
Asfoetida-a pinch
Garlic paste- 1tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 tablespoon
Roasted cumin powder-1/2 tablespoon
Method-
- Take a bowl add boiled mashed potato, chopped ginger, chopped coriander chopped green chilli,salt , and mix it .Divide the mixture and make round shape tikki
- Fry until it get golden brown and crispy from both side
- Heat oil in Kadahi,add garlic paste, chopped green chilli, turmaric powder boiled green pea,chat masala asfoetida,masala,cumin powder,salt and stir until it get soft.
- Take a bowl place hot tikki ,then add fried peas, chopped onion,roasted peanut red chilli powder ,cumin,powder,sev namkeen chopped green chilli,chat masala black salt,and tamarind chutney
- Serve it
