Ingridents-
paneer-200grams
Mustard seed-1/2 tablespoon
Fenugreek seed-1/2 tablespoon
Kalonji seed -1/4 tablespoon
Fennel seeds-1/2 tablespoon
Asafoetida- a pinch
Green chilli-2
Ginger-garlic paste -1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder-1/4 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 tablespoon
Coriander powder-1/2 tablespoon
Cumin powder-1/2 tablespoon
Amchur powder-1/4 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Method-
- Take nonstick tawa , add mustard seed, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds and roast it in medium flame then grind it coarsely.
- Heat oil (approx-2 to 3 tablespoon)in kadahi.Put paneer cubes and sprinkle salt ,red chilli powder on it and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Heat oil again in other kadahi, add, chopped Green Chilli,kalonji seed, ginger garlic paste and saute for few minutes then add grinded coarsely spices ,when they start to give aroma add turmeric powder, red chilli powder ,aamchur powder cumin powder, coriander powder, asafoetida,salt and stir untill oil start to separate from spices then add fried paneer cubes and cooked it.Now achari paneer is ready to serve.
- Serve it with Paratha.
