Aloo poha cutlet



Ingredients-
Potatoes-2 cup
Poha -1 cup
Chickpeas flour /gram flour-2 tablespoons
Corn flour-3 tablespoons
Chopped green chilli -1 tablespoons
Chopped coriander leaves-2 tablespoon
Red chilli powder-1/4 tablespoons
Turmeric powder-1/4 tablespoons
Roasted cumin powder-1/4 tablespoons
Garlic paste,-1/2 tablespoons
Ajwain-1/4 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry

Method



  • Take a bowl add poha/flattened rice and enough water  to soak it.
  • Leave it for 15 minutes.
  • If water get excess then squeeze it.
  • Mash it well then add boiled mashed potatoes , corn flour ,gram flour chopped green chilli,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,ajwain, chopped coriander leaves ,roasted cumin powder,garlic paste,salt to taste and knead it .
  • Shape the mixture  in cylendrical shape  or tikki shape.
  • Heat oil in kadahi and deep fry until it get golden brown.
  • Remove it from oil.
  • Serve it with tea .

Pasta macaroni


Ingredients-
Macaroni- 2cup
Penne pasta-1 cup
Chopped onion-2large
Chopped tomato-2 large
Garlic paste-2 tablespoon
Chopped green chilli-2
Red chilli sauce/Kashmiri red chilli powder-1/2 tablespoon
Green chilli sauce-1/2 tablespoons
Vinegar -1 tablespoon
Crushed black pepper-1/2 tablespoon
Tomato ketchup
Spring onion -1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Method-

  • Boil water in kadahi add salt,and few drop of oil then add macaroni and cooked it 5 to 7 minutes then drain it and put in cold water and again drain it.Boil penne pasta in the same way.
  • Heat oil in Kadahi add chopped onion, chopped green chilli and saute until it get golden brown then add garlic paste, stir it for few second.
  • Now add chopped tomatoes and stir for 2 to 3 minute .
  • Add red chilli sauce,green chilli sauce, vinegar ,salt black pepper and stir it.Add boil macaroni and penne pasta in it and stir it for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander , chopped spring onion.

Aam panna



 How to make Aam Panna/Mango panna step by step+video






















Ingredients-

Mango 3 to 4
Black pepper -3 to 4
Cumin powder -1/2 tablespoon
Ginger piece-1/2 inch
Salt to taste
Mint leaves - 1 bunch
Sugar-1 cup
Water as required
Method-

  • Rinse it and remove the top and black spots of mango.
  • Take a pan add water and boil it then add Ginger,salt and cook until they get soft .
  • Remove from heat and let them cool.
  • Scrape the pulp from peel and seed of mangoes.
  • Take a grinder , transfer the pulp and  ginger  then add black pepper cumin powder, black salt,salt to taste, sugar and grind it.
  • Add mint leaves and churn it .
  • Take a glass add ice cube ,2 to 3 tablespoon concentrated aam Panna and water as required and mix it.
  • Sprinkle some salt,and cumin powder on it.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
