COCONUT LADOO

 

 INGREDENTES
METHOD-
 Condensed milk-2cup
Grated coconut-2 cup
 Icing sugar-1cup
 cardamom powder-1tbsp

Method

  • Add,condensed milk icing sugar and cardamom to the  grated coconut , until all the moisture is absorbed and heat it. . 
  • Spread the coconut mix on the plate and let it cool 
  • To make the ladoos, take about 2 tablespoons of coconut mixture into your palm. Gently press to form a smooth, round ball. Adjust the size of ladoo as you prefer.

ALMOND COOKIES

INGREDIENTS-

METHOD-

Plain flour-2 cup
Ground almond-1 cup
Icing sugar-11/2 cup
Butter-1/2 cup
Milk-1/2 cup
Baking powder-1/2 tbsp
Salt- 1/2 tbsp
Oil as required
Vanilla essence-1tbsp

  • Take a bowl,add butter,icing sugar blend them untill it become light fluffy , add ground almond,plain flour,salt,baking powder vanilla essence ,mix them 
  • knead  it with help of milk to make dough
  • ,Roll out dough on to dusted flour ,cut into desire shape
  • Place cookies on baking disc
  • Heat gas oven, place baking disc on gas oven,and bake on low flame for 15 to 16 minute
  • Remove from gas oven and let it cool,serve it

CHILLI PANEER

METHOD-
INGREDIENTS-

Paneer -250grams(cut paneer into cubes)
cornflour 2tbsp
plain flour-2tbsp
Black pepper-1/2tbsp
salt to taste
Capsicum chopped-1cup
onion-1cup
Ginger-garlic paste-2tbsp
Tomato chopped-1/2 cup
Soya sauce-2tbsp
Chilli sauce-1tbsp
Vinegar-2tbsp
Tomato ketchup-2tbsp
Water as required


  • Take a bowl,add corn flour,plain flour salt, black pepper,red chilli powder water as required mix them well 
  • Add paneer cubes in bowl ,stir it for coating
  • Heat oil in kadhi and deep fry the paneer cubes till it become golden brown
  • Drain it
  • Again heat oil in kadhi,add chopped onion,chopped capsicum,ginger garlic paste,chopped tomato and stir it properly till it become cooked
  • Add soya sauce,chilli sauce,tomato,ketchup,salt,vinegar and ,add paneer cubes stir it
  • serve with  fried rice ,naan

NUTRELA COCKTAIL SNACK





METHOD-

 INGREDIENTS-

Nutrela granules-2cup
Phoa-1cup
Onion juice-4tbsp
Chilli powder-3/4tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
Coriander leave bunch
Salt to taste
Oil to frying

  • Wash poha drain on a sieve but do not squeeze out water and keep aside for some time
  • Mix with soaked nutrela ,onion, juice,salt,red chilli powder,Ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander
  • Knead well to a pliable dough and leave it aside for half an hour
  • Take some amount mixture and make it round shape with help of finger and fry in oil
  • serve hot with chutney or sauce
