Ingredients-
Moong dal -1 cup
Chopped onion-1 medium size
Chopped capsicum-1medium
Chopped green chillies-2
Chopped tomato-1 medium
Chopped coriander leaves-1/4 cup
Chopped beetroot -2 to 3 tablespoon
Eno powder -1 tablespoon
Butter as required
Salt as required
Method
- Wash moong dal 2 to 3 time through water.
- Soak moong dal for 2 to 3 hours .
- Drain it from water.
- Grind it using water.
- The batter consistency should be neither too thick nor too thin.
- Add Eno powder and salt mix it.
- Add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped tomato,chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and mix it.
- Heat a pan add oil then add butter add 11/2 ladlefull batter,and sprinkle chopped beetroot .
- Spread it evenly.when they cook and get light golden brown color then flip it .
- Slit it and add butter and cook it properly.
- Serve it with chutney.
