Onion paratha

Ingredients-
Wheat flour-2 cup
Kalonji-1/2 tablespoon
Fine chopped onion -2
Chopped coriander-1/2 cup
Chopped green chilli-3 to 4
Salt as required
Oil
Method-.
Take a large bowl add wheat flour,chopped onion, kalonji,chopped green chilli,chopped
Coriander,salt ,oil (2 to 3 tablespoon) and mix it well.
Knead soft dough with help of water.
Divide dough into​ equal portion and make a round shape balls.
Roll it like chapati with help of roll pin.
Heat a tawa ,put chapati on it and cooked
both sides.  Pour 1 to 2 tablespoon Oil and spread it  both sides  and cook until it get golden brown and crisp.
Remove from tawa.
Serve with curd or pickle.

Paneer paratha









Ingredients-

Crumbled paneer-300 gram
Chopped onion-1/2 cup
Chopped green chilli -2 tablespoon
Chopped coriander-1/2 cup
Aamchur powder-1/2 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder-1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Blacksalt 1/2 tablespoon
Wheat flour-2 cup
Water as required
Salt as required
Oil
Method-


  • Crumble the paneer cubes by using hand.
  • Take a large bowl add crumbled paneer,chopped onions,chopped green chilli,chopped coriander, aamchur powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt, salt as required, red chilli powder and mix it well.
  • Knead the soft dough with the help of  water,divide into dough in equal portion and make a ball. Furthermore make  a hole in center with the help of finger.
  •   Stuff paneer mixture in it and make a again round shape ball and roll it like chapati by using roll pin
  • Heat nonstick tawa ,put chapati on tawa and  when bubbles are starting to appear then pour oil on it and cooked untill it get golden brown then flip it and cook other side by applying oil.
  • Remove it from tawa
  • Serve with chutney or riata

Raj kachori chaat

         Ingredients-
Besan-1/4 cup
Rava -1/2 cup
Plain flour-1 cup
Soaked chana/chickpeas-1/2 cup
Soaked whole green moong  dal -1/2 cup
Coriander chutney-1/2 cup
Tamrind chutney-1/2 cup
Chopped coriander -1/2 cup
Chopped onion-1/2 cup
Chopped green chilli-2 to 3 tablespoon
Boiled and peeled potato-4 to 5
Chaat masala-1/2 teaspoon
Black salt-1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon
Curd-1/2 cup
Lemon-1/2
Oil for frying
 Mix namkeen-1cup
Salt as required
Method-
Take a pressure cooker add soaked chana, soaked moong dal ,water and a little bit of salt and cooked  untill you get 4 to 5 whistle.
Drain it and keep aside
Take a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes add coriander chutney ,red chilli powder,Blacksalt,namkeen,Chaat masala
lemon juice,salt and mix it well

For kachori-

Take a large bowl,add besan ,rava,plain flour/maida,salt,oil and rub it with help of palm.
Knead stiff dough with help of water,
Rest it for 30 minutes
Divide into dough in equal portion and make a ball and roll it like Puri 
Heat oil in kadahi put Puri in oil fry until it get golden 
Remove it from oil .

Assembling of Raj kachori-

Take a kachori , Make a hole in middle with help of finger,then stuff mashed aloo,boiled chana,moong dal.Pour tamrind chutney green chutney ,curd.Sprinkle chopped onion chopped green chilli ,black salt,chopped coriander and sprinkle mix namkeen.
