METHOD-
INGREDIENTS-
Paneer -250grams(cut paneer into cubes)
cornflour 2tbsp
plain flour-2tbsp
Black pepper-1/2tbsp
salt to taste
Capsicum chopped-1cup
onion-1cup
Ginger-garlic paste-2tbsp
Tomato chopped-1/2 cup
Soya sauce-2tbsp
Chilli sauce-1tbsp
Water as required

- Take a bowl,add corn flour,plain flour salt, black pepper,red chilli powder water as required mix them well
- Add paneer cubes in bowl ,stir it for coating
- Heat oil in kadhi and deep fry the paneer cubes till it become golden brown
- Drain it
- Again heat oil in kadhi,add chopped onion,chopped capsicum,ginger garlic paste,chopped tomato and stir it properly till it become cooked
- Add soya sauce,chilli sauce,tomato,ketchup,salt,vinegar and ,add paneer cubes stir it
- serve with fried rice ,naan
