Onion rings

 











Ingredients-
Onions-2
Besan/chickpeas flour-1/2 cup
Corn flour -3 tablespoons
Black pepper -1/2 tablespoons
Chaat masala-1/4 tablespoons
Red chilli powder-1/4 
Salt to taste

Method-

  • Cut the Onion slices .Separate the onion ring from centre. Don't cut the thin slices .
  • Take a bowl add besan ,corn starch salt,red chilli powder ,black pepper and chaat masala and enough water to make batter.The batter should not be too much thin or too thick.
  • Dip Onion rings in batter and coated it from all side then put in grill or plate so that the extra batter drain then coated it with bread crumbs .Do this process one more time.
  • Heat oil in kadahi ,drop Onion rings and deep fry till they get golden brown colour.
  • Remove it from oil and keep it on absorbent paper .
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup
