Uttapam recipe

Chopped capsicum,chopped,onion,chopped tomato,chopped green chilli ,curd,semolina.
Batter






 Ingredients -

Rava /semolina/Suki -11/2 cup
Curd -1/2 cup
Chopped capsicum-1 large
Chopped tomato-1 large
Chopped onion -2 large
Chopped green chilli
Black pepper-1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder-1 tablespoon
Salt to taste 
Oil for cooking
Method 
Take a large bowl add semolana ,curd ,salt to taste and mix it then add enough water and make a thick batter.
 Water should be more in batter to soak semolina and get soggy.
Let it rest for 1 hour.
Take a non stick pan drizzle one tablespoon and spread it evenly .
Pour a ladleful batter and spread into small uttapam on non-stick pan and slow the flame then topping with chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped tomato chopped green chilli and press it lightly with help of spatula.
Sprinkle black pepper,red chilli powder and cover it and wait until bottom side of uttapam cooked then flip it.Pour one tablespoon around the uttapam and Cooke for 2 minute.
Serve hot with chutney.
