Hakka noodles recipe


Chopped vegetables(  according to your choice)
Boil the water add salt a tablespoon oil and noodle .
Boiled it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain and wash it through cold water
Heat oil in pan add garlic paste 

And stir till it raw aroma of garlic  goes away.
Add ginger paste and stir it.

Add chopped vegetables and saute it for 2 minute.

Add soy sauce and stir it.

Add green chilli sauce and stir it for few second.
Add Kashmiri  red chilli powder and stir it.
Add black pepper and stir it for few second
Add salt and mix it
Now add vinegar  in it.

Further add boiled noodles and toss it
Add tomato ketchup and stir it
Ready to serve.


Ingredients-

Chopped capsicums-1 large (you can add more vegetables such as chopped cabbage, chopped carrot,beans, mushroom )
Chopped tomatoes-2 medium
Chopped onion-2
Soy sauce- 2 tablespoons
Vinegar-2 tablespoons
Black pepper-1/2 tablespoons
Green chilli sauce-1 tablespoons
Kashmiri red chilli powder-1/2 tablespoons
Tomato ketchup-2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
Method
  • Take a large pan add enough water,1 tablespoons salt and 1 tablespoons oil.
  • When water starts boiling then add Hakka noodles.
  • Boil it for 3 minutes.
  • Drain it with help of strainer and wash it through cold water to stop further cooking.
  • Take a one tablespoon oil in Palm and apply it on noodles to prevent sticking to each other.
  • Take a large pan add oil and heat it then add 2 tablespoons garlic paste and stir until raw aroma of garlic goes away.
  • Now add ginger paste and stir it.
  • Add chopped onion , chopped capsicums, chopped tomatoes and stir it for 2 minutes.
  • Add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, kashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper, vinegar,salt,and stir it for few minutes then add boiled noodles and stir it  for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes ketchup and toss it.
  • Serve hot.
