Flower shape mathari


























Ingredients


Plain flour 11/2 cup
Ajwain -1/2 tablespoons
Salt-1/2 tablespoons
Oil as required

Method

  • Take a large bowl add plain flour,salt,ajwain and mix it .
  • Add oil and start mixing with your fingers,After mixing,it all starts  to come together.
  • Knead stiff dough with help of water.
  • Cover the dough with cloth and keep aside for rest 20 minutes.
  • Roll out a large roti shape
  • Cut into eight part. 
  • Give the flowers shape using tips of finger.
  • Heat oil in kadahi drop flower mathari into hot oil and fry until it gets golden brown colour.
  • Drain it from .
  • Serve it with tea  .
