Papad cone bhel





























Ingredients-
Papad-3 to 4
Murmura-/puffed rice -2 cup
Soaked fried peas-2 tablespoons
Soaked fried black chickpeas-2 tablespoons
Boiled fried potatoes cubes  -2 tablespoons
Fried peanut-2 tablespoons
Finely Chopped onion-2 tablespoons
Chopped tomatoes- 2 tablespoons
Garlic chutney,-11/2 tablespoons
Lemon juice-2 tablespoon
Chopped coriander leaves-2 tablespoons
Chopped green chilli-1 tablespoons
Navratan namkeen-2 tablespoons
Boondi and sev namkeen-2 tablespoon
Black salt - as required
Regular salt as required
Ingredients for garlic chutney-
Garlic cloves-7 to 10
Dry red chilli-2 to 3
Chat masala -1/4 tablespoons
Cumin powder-1/4 tablespoon
Mustard oil- 2 tablespoons
Black salt - as required
Regular salt
Method to make garlic chutney-
Soak dry red chilli in warm water for 2 to 3 hours.
Take a grinder,add garlic cloves,red chilli salt,chat masala, cumin powder  black salt and grind it.then add hot mustard oil and mix it. Chutney is ready to add in bhel.
Method-
Take a large bowl add roasted murmura,fried peas,fried peanuts,fried black chickpeas, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves,garlic chutney,salt, black salt, lemon juice chopped green chilli,boiled fried potatoes cubes and mix it.
Sprinkle navratan  namkeen,boondi,sev and mix it.
Take 1/2 part of papad and roast it on nonstick tawa and make a cone shape by folding it immediately.
Now fill the bhel inside roasted papad .
Ready to serve.
