Ingredients-
Custard powder- 1/2 cupSugar-1 cup
Water- 11/2 cup
Kaju/cashew nut-10/15
Ghee-3 to 4 tablespoon
Method-
- Take a bowl add custard powder,sugar and water and stir until sugar dissolve.
- Take a pan add ghee and heat it then add chopped kaju /cashew nut and stir it for few second.
- Pour custard powder and sugar mixture and stir continuously until it get thick .
- Keep stirring in low flame.stir continuously to avoid lumps.
- Take a plate and grease it then transfer halwa in it and spread it even.
- Leave it for 30 minutes.
- Cut into equal pieces and ready to serve it
