Ingredient-
Chana dal -2 cup (soak in water for 4 to 5 hours)
Garlic paste-1tbsp
Green chilli 2-3(chopped)
Turmeric powder -1/2 tablespoon
Red chilli powder -1/2 teaspoon
Ginger 1 piece(chopped)
Chopped coriander 3-4 tablespoon
Roasted cumin powder-1/2 tablespoon
Salt as required
Oil for frying
Method-

Method-
- Soak chana dal for 3 to 4 hours or overnight
- Drain it from water.
- Grind soaked chana dal-(1/2 cup) coarsely in grinder and remove it from grinder.
- Don't add too much water during grinding .
- To make crispy pakoda ,it must be grinded coarsely.
- Take a bowl add grinded chana dal chopped green chilli, garlic paste, chopped coriander chopped ginger, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, cumin powder ,salt and mix it properly.
- Heat oil in kadahi and drop a tablespoon batter in medium hot oil and fry until it becomes golden brown color and crispy and drain it from oil.Do the same process with the remaining mixture.
- Serve it with tomatoes sauce or tea
