Plain flour-1/2 cup
Rice flour-1 cup
Finely chopped onions -2 to 3 tablespoons
Finely chopped green chili-2 tablespoon
Finely chopped ginger-1/2 tablespoon

METHOD
- Take a bowl add rava/semolina,rice flour, plain flour,cumin seed,salt then add chopped onion, chopped green chili, chopped ginger,chopped coriander leaves and add water to make thin batter.
- Batter consistency should be thin and watery. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
- Heat the tava and add oil and spread it then pour batter on tawa using ladle to making round shape dosa .
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of oil from top
- When base side get crispy then flip it
- Remove it from tava
- Serve it with sambhar and chutney
