Dal paratha







                               

Ingredients-

Chana dal - 11/2 cup
Red chilli 3 to 4 (whole)
Cumin seeds -1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 tablespoon
Salt as required
Oil for cooking
Wheat flour -2 cup

Method-


  • Take a large bowl add wheat flour ,salt,and a little bit of oil mix it .Knead  soft dough with the help of water.
  • Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Wash chana dal through running water.
  • Soak chana dal in warm water for 60 minutes.
  • Take a pressure cooker,add chana dal, turmeric powder,salt,and water  and cook it until you get 5 to 6 whistle.
  • Remove the lid and mash chana dal with help of masher.
  • Make sure chana dal should be over cook.
  • Heat oil in kadahi add cumin seeds ,red chilli and allow them to supltter then add chana dal.
  • Stir it until all  water of chana dal get evoprate and it become  dry .
  • Keep it aside for cool.
  • Divide dough into equal portion and make a ball.
  • Make a hole in middle of ball with help of fingers.
  • Stuff chana dal and press it then seal it all edges and  make a again ball.
  • Roll out like chapati with help of dry flour.
  • Heat tawa and add paratha and cook it from both sides then pour a tablespoon oil  spread it on paratha and cook it until you get brown spot and flip it and cook other side by pouring oil.
  • Remove it from tawa
  • Serve it with masala vale sabzi
