Onions paratha


Finely chopped onion-1/2 cup
Chopped green chilli -2 tablespoon
Chopped coriander-1/2 cup
Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Kalonji seed-1/2 tablespoons
Blacksalt 1/2 tablespoon
Wheat flour-2 cup
Water as required
Salt as required
Oil
Method-
  • Take a large bowl add wheat flour ,chopped onions,chopped green chilli,chopped coriander, kalonji seed ,black salt, salt as required, red chilli powder,oil(3 to 4 tablespoons) and mix it well.
  • Knead the soft dough with the help of  water,divide into dough in equal portion and make a ball and roll it like chapati by using roll pin
  • Heat nonstick tawa ,put chapati on tawa and  when bubbles are starting to appear then pour oil on it and cooked untill it get golden brown then flip it and cook other side by applying oil.
  • Remove it from tawa
  • Serve with chutney or riata
