Egg curry

Ingredients-

Boiled egg-5
Chopped onion -2 large
Chopped tomato -3 large
Garlic paste- 2 tablespoon
Ginger paste-11/2 tablespoon
Red chili powder-1​/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1​ tablespoon
Cumin powder 11/2 tablespoon
Coriander powder -1 tablespoon
Kasuri methi -1/2 tablespoons
black pepper-1/2 tablespoon
Green Chilli - 1 to 2
Bay leaf - 2
Asfoetida (hing) -1 pinch
Cinnamon -1 stick
Cloves -4
Cardamom - 4
Salt to taste
Method-

  • Heat 2 tablespoon oil in fry pan. Add boiled egg,salt ,fry until they get golden color.
  • Remove from oil.
  • Heat oil in Frying pan.Add cumin seed,bay leaf cardamom,cloves, cinnamon.
  •  Allow them to crackle.
  • Add chopped onions,stir until it get golden brown then add chopped tomato, chopped green chilli and stir until it turns soft.
  • Add ginger garlic paste ,cook it  for few minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, cumin powder, black, pepper powder, coriander powder,kasuri methi,asafoetida salt,a little bit of water , stir  it until oil comes out from spices  .
  • Now add boiled eggs and stir it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add water to make gravy thin and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve with hot roti or rice.
