Heat ghee in kadahi
Add besan/gram flour in kadahi
Stir it frequently
When besan color turns light yellow brown and start to give aroma then add cardamom powder and stir it then remove it from flame
Let it cool then add grinded sugar
Mix it properly
Take some parts of mixture and make round shape laddo
Besan/chickpea flour-11/2 cup
Castor sugar/grinded sugar/boora
Ghee 11/2 cup
Cardamom powder-3 to 4
Keora water-2 tablespoon
Method-
- Heat ghee in kadahi add besan and stir it frequently in a slow flame then add cardamom powder and keora water and stir it.
- when besan color turns light yellow brown and start to give aroma then remove it from flame .
- Let it cool.
- Now add grinded sugar and mix it . Don't add sugar in hot besan,besan gets thin due to melt of sugar.you would not make ladoo from this mixture.
- Keep aside it for cool for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Take a some parts of mixture and make a round shape ladoo using your palm.
- Repeat this process from remaining mixture.
- Ready for serve.
