Ingredients-:
Chopped chana leaves-2 cup
Besan flour/gram flour-1cup
Chopped fenugreek leaves-1/2 cup
Garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
Chopped ginger -2 tablespoon
Green chilli 2-3(chopped)
Turmeric powder -1/2 tablespoon
Red chilli powder -1/2 teaspoon
Chopped coriander 3-4 tablespoon
Rava -1/4 cup
Salt as required
Oil for frying
Method-
Take a bowl add chopped chana leaves, chopped fenugreek leaves, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped ginger, chopped coriander, garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,rava,besan ,salt, as required a little bit of water and mix them well.
Heat oil in kadahi ,drop a tablespoon of mixture, you can fry 4 to 5 pakoda at the same time .
Fry until they get crispy golden brown.
Drain it from oil.
Serve it with chutney.
