Bread besan toast

Pav bhaji


                                 
Ingredient-

Besan/Gram flour/chickpea flour -1cup
Bread -5 to 6
Chopped onion-1/2cup
Chopped coriander-1/2 cup
Chopped tomatoes-1/2 cup
Chopped ginger-1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds-1/2 tablespoon
Chaat masala-1/4 tablespoon
Red chilli powder-1tbsp
Chopped green chili-1 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tbsp
Salt as required
Oil for frying

Method-

  • Take a bowl add  besan,salt ,turmeric powder red chilli powder cumin seeds and chopped tomatoes , chopped green chilli, chopped coriander,Chaat masala and add water to make batter .The batter should  not be more thin.
  • Cut the corner of bread from all sides and make a triangle shape .
  • Heat oil in tawa, spread evenly. Dip the bread in batter and  put it on tava .
  • Drizzle one tablespoon oil from all side of bread
  • When bread gets cooked on one side. cook other side  by flip it using spatula and drizzling some oil.
  • remove it from plate
  • Serve it with chutney.
