Soyabean chilli




     
  Grinded soya chunks
                                          





INGREDIENTS..
Soyabean chunks -1cup
Finely chopped Capsicum-1/2 cup
Capsicum cubes -1/4 cup
Spring onion-1/2 cup
Finely chopped onion-1/2 cup
Onion cubes -1/2 cup
Garlic paste-3 tablespoon
Chopped ginger -2 tablespoon
Chopped green chilli-2 tablespoon
Red chilli powder-1/2 tablespoon
Black pepper powder-1/2 tablespoon
Corn starch -3 tablespoon
Plain flour-2 tablespoon
Vinegar-2 tablespoon
Tomato catch-up
Soya sauce-2 tablespoon
Salt as required
Oil for frying
Method..

  • Boil the water, add soya chunks, a little bit of salt and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Drain it and add cold water.
  • Squeeze all soyabean chunks and grind it in grinder.
  • Remove it from grinder .
  • Take a bowl add chopped onion, chopped spring onion,chopped capsicum,chopped green chilli,black pepper powder,grinded soya chunks,red chilli powder, garlic paste,soya sauce,salt as required ,corn flour ,plain flour and mix it properly.
  • Heat oil in kadahi ,make a small ball from mixture and fry untill it get golden brown color.
  • Heat oil in kadahi add chopped green chilli chopped onion, chopped spring onion , chopped tomatoes,chopped capsicum cubes chopped ginger-garlic paste,and stir it then add soya sauce, black pepper powder vinegar​,salt as required and stir it.
  • Take a bowl add two table corn starch and water and mix it and put corn mixture in gravy  for thickness and stir it
  • Add tomato ketchup and stir it then add soya ball and mix it.
  • Serve it
