Ingredients- Fried idli -
Idli - 4-5
Cumin seed-1/2 teaspoon
Banarsi rye-1/2 tablespoon
Chopped onion-1 medium
Green chilli-1
Curry leaves-3 to 4
Red chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon
Black salt -1/2 teaspoon
Chat masala-1/2 teaspoon
Coriander chutney-1/2 tablespoon
Salt as required
Method-
Cut the idli into pieces
Heat oil in kadhi add cumin ,rye,chopped green chilli,curry leaves when they start to crackle ,then add idli salt,chopped onion,red chilli powder,salt,black salt and chat masala and stir for 2 to 3minute
Serve with coriander chutney
