Katori Chaat

  Ingredients.. 

Plain flour-2 cup
Kalonji-1/2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Vada -5 to 6
Chopped tomatoes -1 medium
Chopeded coriander-2 to 4 tablespoon
Chopped green chilli-2
Chopped onions -1 large
Tamarind chutney -3 to 5 tablespoon       
Coriander chutney-2 tablespoon
Mix sev namkeen-1/2 cup
Roasted cumin powder-1/2 tablespoon
Red chilli powder-1/4 tablespoon
Chaat masala-1 tablespoon
Curd -4 to 6 tablespoon
Black salt-1/4 tablespoon
Steel katori
Oil for frying 
Method-
Take a large bowl add plain flour,salt ,kalonji and 1/2 cup oil and mix it well
Knead dough with help water.dough should  not be soft.
Rest it for 15 minute       
Devide dough into equal portion and make a ball
and roll it like chapati and make a tiny hole on all surface of chapati from both sides with the help of fork 
Take a katori and grease  all external surface of katori and wrap with chapati
from all side 
Make a sure all side of katori wrap with chapati and remove extra part and press with palm all side of katori
Heat oil in deep kadahi and put  katori slowly in oil from upward side and splash oil slowly on edge of katori ,when it get to seprate from  steel katori then remove steel katori and fry until it gets golden brown from both sides
Remove it from oil
Take a plain flour katori add vada then topping with tamarind chutney,coriander chutney,black salt,red chilli powder,roasted cumin powder,and mix sev namkeen
Garnish with chopped coriander,curd
Serve it
