Moonglet recipe video -:





Ingredients-

Moong dal -1 cup
Chopped onion-1 medium size
Chopped capsicum-1medium
Chopped green chillies-2
Chopped tomato-1 medium
Chopped coriander leaves-1/4 cup
Chopped beetroot -2 to 3 tablespoon
Eno powder -1 tablespoon
Butter as required
Salt as required
Method 

  • Wash moong dal 2 to 3 time through water.
  • Soak moong dal for 2 to 3 hours  .
  • Drain it from water.
  • Grind it using water.
  • The batter consistency should be neither too thick nor too thin.
  • Add Eno powder and salt mix it.
  • Add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped tomato,chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and mix it.
  • Heat a pan add oil then add butter  add 11/2  ladlefull batter,and sprinkle chopped beetroot .
  • Spread it evenly.when they cook and get light golden brown color then flip it .
  • Slit it and add butter  and cook it properly.
  • Serve it with chutney.

Sev tamatar ki sabji


Heat oil in kadahi
Add mustard seed and stir it.
Add cumin seed 
Green chilli
Chopped ginger
Chopped onion
Garlic paste
Chopped tomatoes
Tomatoes puree
Turmeric powder
Salt
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Aamchur powder
Asafoetida powder
Kasoori methi
Water
Stir it
Chopped coriander leaves

Add sev
Mix it


 Ingredients-

Sev-11/2 cup
Mustard seed-1/2 tablespoon
Cumin seeds-1/2 tablespoon
Green chilli-2
Chopped ginger-1/2 tablespoon
Chopped onion -2 medium
Chopped tomato -2 large
Tomato paste -1/2 cup
Garlic paste- 2 tablespoon
Red chili powder-1​/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1​ tablespoon
Cumin powder 11/2 tablespoon
Coriander powder -1 tablespoon
Amchur powder -1/2 tablespoons
Kasuri methi -1/2 tablespoons
black pepper-1/2 tablespoon
Asfoetida (hing) -1 pinch
Salt to taste
Mustard Oil  5-6 tablespoon
Water -as required

METHOD-
  • Heat oil in kadahi.
  • Add mustard seed,cumin seed when they start to  crackle then add green chilli, chopped ginger and stir it.
  • Add chopped onion and saute until it get golden brown then add garlic paste and stir until raw aroma of garlic goes away.
  • Add chopped tomato and cook it properly then add  tomato puree , stir it for one minute.
  •  Add, turmeric powder, salt ,red chilli powder cumin powder, coriander powder black pepper,asfoetida ,amchur powder ,kasuri methi and some amount of water and stir it until oil come out on the side of masala.
  • Further add chopped coriander leaves and stir it .
  •  Add water to make a gravey thin and bring the gravy to a boil.
  • Add sev after turn off gas and mix it.
  • serve it with pudi.

Kachhe kela Ke kofta


 Ingredients-

Raw banana )kaccha kela -5
Gram flour/besan/chickpea flour -2 tablespoons
Corn flour-2 tablespoons
Chopped onion- 1 large
Chopped tomatoes 2 medium size
Garlic paste-2 tablespoon
Chopped green chilli-2  tablespoons
Chopped ginger -2 tablespoons
Kasoori methi 1/2 tablespoon
Kishmish/raisin-25 to 30 
Bay leaf-2
Red chilli powder-1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 tablespoon
Cumin powder -1 tablespoon
Black pepper-1/2 tablespoon
Coriander powder-1/2 tablespoon
Mava/Kiya -4 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Method-

  • Heat a pan add 3 tablespoons gram flour/besan and roast it on medium flame.Remove it and keep aside.
  • Take a pressure cooker add 5 to 6 raw banana,salt,a little bit oil and 1/2 cup water and cook for 3 to 4 whistle.
  •  Remove it from cooker and let it be cool.
  • Peel them.
  •  Mash raw banana in a large bowl then add 2 tablespoons roasted gram four ,2  tablespoon corn starch,mava,red chilli powder, garlic paste,salt, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, chopped ginger, cumin powder,a little bit hot oil ,mix it 
  • Take some part of mixture and press it then stuff kishmish and make a smooth ball.
  • Heat oil in kadahi and deep fry kofta on medium flame.
  • Drain it and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in kadahi add bay leaf , fenugreek  seed.Let  them crackle then add chopped onion and stir until it get golden brown. Further add garlic paste and saute it .
  • Add tomatoes puree and stir it for few minutes.
  • Add cumin powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,black pepper powder,salt and a little bit of water and saute until oil start to separate from spices then add mava and mix it .
  • Add kasoori methi and stir it.
  • Add required amount of water in it and boil it for 2 minutes then add koftas.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
  • Serve hot with chapati.

Mix pakoda





 Ingredients-

Arbi leaves-10-11
Besan flour/chickpea-11/2cup
Poha-1/2 cup
Aamchur powder-1/4 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder-1/4 tbsp
Red chilli powder
Garlic paste-4 tbsp
Finely chopped ginger -2tbsp
Finely chopped onion - 1 large
Asafoetida-a pinch
kalonji-1/2 tbsp
Ajwain-1/4 tablespoon
Finely chopped green chilli -2tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves-1/4 cup
Salt as required
Oil  for frying
Method- 

  •  Clean and wash the leaves,Cut  middle vein of leaves with knife and  finely chopped it.
  • Take a strainer add poha and wash it.
  • Leave it until excess water drain out.
  • Take a bowl add finely chopped arbi leaves ,soaked poha, finely chopped onion, besan, garlic paste ,kalonji  ,ajwain seed,cumin powder,chopped green chilli  turmeric powder ,chopped ginger ,chopped coriander leaves , ,red chilli powder,aamchur powder, asafoetida ,salt and add water ,mix it properly .
  • Add a spoon hot oil in it and mix it.
  • Heat oil in kadhai ,drop small portion  of mixture and fry  until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • Drain it on absorbent paper
  • serve with tomato ketchup

Maggi Manchurian

































  • INGREDIENTS..
    Maggi -2 packet
    Finely chopped Capsicum-1/2 cup
    Capsicum cubes -1/4 cup
    Spring onion-1/2 cup
    Finely chopped onion-1/2 cup
    Onion cubes -1/2 cup
    Garlic paste-3 tablespoon
    Chopped ginger -2 tablespoon
    Chopped green chilli-2 tablespoon
    Red chilli powder-1/2 tablespoon
    Green chilli sauce-2 tablespoon
    Corn starch -3 tablespoon
    Vinegar-2 tablespoon
    Tomato catch-up
    Soya sauce-2 tablespoon
    Salt as required
    Oil for frying
    Method..

    • Boil the Maggi, and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
    • Remove some maggi soup and keep it for adding in Manchurian sauce.
    • Stir until it gets dry.
    • Let it cool.
    • Transfer boiled Maggi into bowl add chopped onion, chopped spring onion, chopped ginger, chopped capsicum,chopped green chilli, chopped spring onion ,red chilli p, garlic paste,salt as required ,corn flour and mix it properly.
    • Heat oil in kadahi ,make a small ball from mixture and fry untill it get golden brown color.
    • Heat oil in kadahi add  onion cubes, capsicum cubes,chopped spring onion, chopped green chilli ,garlic paste,red chilli powder,maggi marsala,green chilli sauce and stir it then add soya sauce, vinegar​,salt as required and stir it.
    • Add tomato ketchup and stir it then add maggi manchurian ball and mix it.
    • Serve it
