INGREDIENTS..
Chopped cabbage- 1cup
Chopped Capsicum-1cup
Chopped carrot-1,cup
Spring onion-1 cup
Chopped onion-1/2 cup
Garlic paste-3 tablespoon
Chopped ginger -2 tablespoon
Chopped green chilli-2 tablespoon
Red chilli powder-1/2 tablespoon
Black pepper powder-1/2 tablespoon
Corn starch -3 tablespoon
Plain flour-2 tablespoon
Vinegar-2 tablespoon
Tomato catch-up
Soya sauce-2 tablespoon
Salt as required
Oil for frying
Method..
- Take a bowl add chopped onion, chopped spring onion,chopped capsicum,chopped carrot,chopped green chilli,red chilli ,black pepper powder,chopped green chilli,red chilli powder, garlic-paste,soya sauce,salt, corn flour,plain flour as required and mix it properly
- Heat oil in kadahi ,make a small ball with the help of palm and fry untill it get golden brown
- Heat oil in kadahi add chopped green chilli chopped onion, chopped spring onion chopped ginger-garlic paste,and stir it then add soya sauce, black pepper powder vinegar,salt as required and stir it
- Take a bowl add two table corn starch and water and mix it and put corn mixture in gravy for thickness and stir it
- Add tomato ketchup and stir it then add manchurian ball and mix it
- Serve it
