Ingredients-
Spinach-1cup
Paneer-250 gram
Chopped onion -2 medium
Chopeded tomato-2 medium
Chopped green chilli-2
Garlic paste-2 tablespoon
Ginger paste-2 tablespoon
Kasuri methi/dry fenugreek-2 tablespoon
Amchur powder-1/4 tablespoon
Bay leaf-2
Cinnamon-1/2 stick
Cardamom-2
Cloves-4
Cumin powder-1 1/2 tablespoon
Black pepper-1/2 tablespoon
Coriander powder-1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Method-
Blanch spinach for 3 minutes
Remove it put in cold water and remove from cold water and grind it
Heat oil in kadahi add paneer cubes and fry 2 to 3 minutes
Do not over fry .if fry over ,paneer get hard
Drain it from oil
Add oil and heat it add bay leaf,cloves ,cinnamon,crushed cardamom,when they start to give aroma than add chopeded onion,and saute until it get golden brown than add garlic paste,chopped tomato and saute until it get soft then add,ginger paste,turmeric powder,red chilli powder, amchur powder,cumin powder,black powder,kasuri methi,coriander powder,salt
little amount of water,and saute it .when oil start to get separate from masala than add fry cubes and stir it for 2 to 3 minutes
If gravy is thick than add water and stir it
Garnish with cream
Serve with roti or rice
