Ingredients
Urad dal -1cupRice-2cup
Chopped onion cup
Chopeded capsicum-1cup
Chopped tomatoes-1cup
Chopped green chili -3 tablespoon
Sambhar masala-1table spoon
Black salt as required
Salt as required
Coriander chutney
Mustard oil for frying
Method-
- Soak urad dal and rice overnight
- Rinse them in water and grind it in mixer
- Batter consistency should be neither to thin nor too thick
- Add salt (as required) in batter and mix it
- Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in non stick pan and pour a ladleful batter and spread thinly as possible as in round shape
- Add chopped onion,chopped capsicum,chopped tomatoes,chopped green chilli, coriander chutney and sprinkle black salt and sambhar masala and cooked it in medium flame
- Serve it with tomato ketchup
